Ingredients to Indian Sweet Mix:
Wheat flour , Lentils flour ,shortening(Palmolein oil & Sesame Oil), Rice flour ,Sodium Bicarbonate,Citric Acid,(Raising Agents) and Butylated hydroxy Anisole(Preservative)

Steps to prepare Jilebi using Jilebi Instant Mix:
• Mix contents of pack with 125 ml water.Stir to a smooth batter.
• Pour onto Gits Jilebi maker or alternatively in thick cloth with small Hole.
• Heat 250g edible Oil or ghee in a Shallow pan,hold the nozzle of the jilebi maker just above the surface of the Oil.
• Squeeze to make 3 1/2 circles with the batter starting from the center and sealing the end in the last half round.
• Deep fry on medium heat till crisp and golden .
• Immerse jilebis in warm sugar syrup for 20 second .
• serve hot or cold

Direction for Preparation of Sugar Syrup:
• Dissolve 300g(10fl.oz) sugar in 240ml(8 fl.oz) water.Bring to Boil,reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 mins, & serve it.
Tips to get better taste:
• Add few strands of Saffron to the sugar syrup for better Flavour.
• Serve hot jilebis with chilled gits Rabdi.
